i adore cookie dough. I’ve used it to stuff cookies, to frost truffles,or even internal those goodies.
if you are a cookie dough freak like me you are going to cross loopy over this cheesecake. It has actual cookie dough nuggets all through the cheesecake. and that i threw some on pinnacle (you know just for exact degree).

INGREDIENTS:

For the Vanilla Cheesecake
- (2) 8 Ounce Bricks Cream Cheese, Softened
- ⅔ Cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
For the Chocolate Ganache
- ⅓ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1⅓ Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- For the Whipped Cream
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
For the Cookie Dough
- 1. Cream butter, white sugar, and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Stir in salt ,and vanilla extract.
