  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 1/3 cup yogurt or greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup or to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. combine all oat base ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. upload in any extracts or flavorings (including vanilla or mashed banana underneath).
  3. place fruit/nuts inside the bottom of 4 mason jars (or other boxes). top with yogurt combination and seal.
  4. permit to take a seat at least 4 hours or in a single day.
