INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon all spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 loaf bread, cubed into 1” pieces (French baguette or other crusty, dense loaf) 
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • maple syrup (optional)
  • powdered sugar (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a big bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, ginger, all spice, cloves, nutmeg, and salt to create the custard mixture. 
  2. location cubed bread in a massive mixing bowl, then pour custard combination on top. Stir to mix, then let take a seat for 30 minutes, tossing once midway via.
