Chili stuffed Spaghetti Squash – these stuffed spaghetti squash boats are loaded with chocolates. add your favorite taco toppings for a scrumptious, low-carb dinner!
My mom used to make a few dishes I virtually loved growing up (to clarify: she made plenty of dishes that I cherished, however some I cherished more specially). have been staples of the ’90’s: Hawaiian Haystacks and Mexican Haystacks. essentially, you begin with a mattress of rice, then upload a sauce with ham (Hawaiian haystacks) or chili (Mexican haystacks), and pile them high with toppings.
Being gluten loose, we eat plenty of rice, so I’m always looking for other options for us for some range. After taking part in some spaghetti squash with my favored pasta sauce recently, I concept “hiya! this will be best for haystacks!”
So, do not forget this a wiped clean up model of my formative years preferred. stuffed spaghetti squash loaded with selfmade (or now not) chili, a few crisp lettuce and avocado (or avocado ranch!) and some toddler tomatoes. The flavor combination is splendid, and i love that every part of the dish is bringing something nutritionally to the table.
The very last end result turned into scrumptious. I’ve made it for lunches during the week and it re-heats like a dream. It’d be a first-rate recipe to tuck away for a Whole30, or for while you want a spoil from excursion feasting.
