EGG ROLL IN A BOWL RECIPE
If you haven’t attempted Crack Slaw, you don’t know what you’ve been missing! It’s basically egg roll filling, without the greasy fried wrapper. It’s healthy and keto pleasant with heaps of veggies and lean floor pork.

ONE PAN EGG ROLL IN A BOWL (CRACK SLAW)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. add vegetable oil to a massive skillet over medium heat. upload minced garlic and ginger and prepare dinner till aromatic; 1-2 mins.
  2. upload ground pork to the skillet and cook dinner till not pink. Drain and return meat to the pan.
  3. Stir in sliced onions, shredded carrot, cabbage and soy sauce. cook dinner, stirring regularly, till cabbage is tender; about 6-7 minutes.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if favored and serve immediately.
