INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1 - 12 ounce package cooked Italian-style chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 - 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, & oregano, undrained
- 4 Tablespoons diced fresh basil, divided
- 1 - 12 ounce bag frozen cauliflower rice, cooked
- black pepper
- 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- warmth the oil in a huge skillet. Saute the onions and peppers for 2-3 mins.
- upload the bird sausage slices and cook for another 2-three minutes.
- Pour within the canned tomatoes, garlic, and 2 Tablespoons sparkling basil. Simmer until the whole lot is warm.
- Stir in the cauliflower rice. Season to flavor with black pepper.
- Garnish with more basil and goat cheese. Serve without delay.
