Creamy Delicatessen Fruit Salad – a creamy and luscious fruit salad that is best for summer and potlucks!
You realize that delicious fruit salad you get at your neighborhood delicatessen? this is it!
Properly, maybe. I don’t recognise for certain, however this rings a bell in my memory of it.
While we lived in Minneapolis, we used to frequent a place referred to as Cecils in Highland Park. that they had the pleasant Knishes and Hamantaschen. And fruit salad. I ought to eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – maybe as it tastes like dessert!
The dressing is creamy and sweet, paying homage to Ambrosia recipes, but minus the marshmallows and funky Whip. It’s so top! I made a batch only for the 4 folks and we polished it off the same day. but hi there, fresh fruit…so no guilt, right?
