  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1- cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ chicken bouillon granule cube crushed
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ cup white wine

INSTRUCTIONS:
DIRECTIONS FOR THE SALMON:
